At Trendy Global Tees LTD, your satisfaction is important to us. We strive to ensure every order is fulfilled with care and precision. However, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.


Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or fulfillment partner. All returns must be approved by our customer service team in advance.


Non-Returnable Items

Please note that due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized/customized items (e.g., name, number, or design customization)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Health and personal care items


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

  • Items returned with visible signs of use

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if accepted by discretion)


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are processed minus any original shipping fees, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card statement.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take time to post).

  3. Contact your bank (processing times vary).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item. If you need an exchange:

  • Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • If approved, we will process a replacement at no additional cost.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will send a gift certificate via email.

If the item was not marked as a gift or shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.


Shipping Returns

To return your product, please contact us first at [email protected]. After approval, send your return to the address we provide in the return instructions.

Please note:

  • You will be responsible for your own return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for higher-value items.

  • We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking confirmation.
